I have been noticing screen flickering on my 2020 MacBook Air Intel Based for the past two weeks. I feel its a software update after updating it to macOS Sequoia 15.5, Initially the screen flickering was not very evident but now its effecting the performance also.

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically

I have tried that but still the display is flickering
