Once the refund is approved, it is up to your bank to post the refund to your account. In my experience it takes 3-5 business days no matter where the refund comes from before I see it on my account. On average, I think you could expect it in 5-7 business days, but Apple says if you do not see it in 30 days, then you should contact the bank of the card where the charge occurred.
