cant access my iPhone caller ID can’t switch it off or on and everyone I’m calling keeps complaining dat number is hidden and have tried to make a call on the app I’m not seeing anywhere it says make a call

I’m unsure fully of your issue however if it’s regarding the caller id not loading and just having the spinning wheel next to the option, then please keep reading.
The best strategy I’ve found was by random chance. Apple community was unhelpful so I’ve made an account to help the next person and share what I learned.

Not all carriers support controlling that from the settings app on the phone.
