blocked from transferring purchases to another Apple ID
I used my junk email address for my appleID starting from the very first iPhone. I wanted to transfer my purchases to my primary non-junk email address/applid. Senior service advisor says that I have been blocked. She said she knows the reason but is not allowed to tell me. I asked to escalate the issue and she refused. I just want to consolidate my purchases to a single email address/account that is not my spam email account.
Has anyone else experienced being blocked like this?
