Request to Reactivate Replaced AirPods Pro 2 Serial Number

Hello,

I purchased AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) recently. They work fine and are genuine, but I have discovered an issue with the serial number:

  • When I check coverage, it says “This device is being repaired” and “This product has been replaced.”

  • Firmware updates are not installing (still on 6B34 despite using iOS 26.0 (23A5276f).

  • The device is visible in Find My and works normally.

I believe I have the right to use the product with full functionality, including firmware updates and warranty verification. I am requesting:

  1. Reactivation of the serial number so that my AirPods receive firmware updates and can be covered under normal support.
  2. An explanation of why this product still shows as “being repaired” and what steps are needed to restore it to active status.

I purchased these as a fully functional product and would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards

AirPods Pro (2nd generation)
