Payment methods that you can use with your Apple Account - Apple Support
Eg: says:

Note: If you have active subscriptions, and in order to keep your account active at all times:
you won't be able to delete the old payment method before you add a new payment method

As you can see from the link brbo provided, most debit and credit cards are supported in Iraq.
