iphone 16 grabs Smartcast connection

Brand new iPhone 16 got it set up and running and working with our Wi-Fi network then we tried to stream Bluetooth to a Bluetooth device that works fine and the phone grabbed the Vizio TV smartcast connection and would not let go. I never asked it to go there, it simply did. I had unplugged the TV to get it to disconnect so I could connect to the Bluetooth device. I’m not sure if there’s a problem with the SiriusXM radio app or the iPhone. The TV is not listed on the Bluetooth connections or the Wi-Fi connections. What method does the phone use to communicate with the Vizio TV? How do I instruct my phone to never, NEVER, use a connection to the TV.?
