iPhone X Max Plus battery replacement requires additional screen replacement at Dubai Mall, UAE

On June 29, 2025, I scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement for my iPhone X Max Plus at Dubai Mall, United Arab Emirates. I arrived at the store as per my appointment at 10:40 AM and was informed that my phone would be ready by 12 noon on the same day after the battery replacement. I waited at the store until 11:30 AM, at which point I was informed that the battery could not be replaced because changing the battery would also require a screen replacement, which would cost AED 1500. It is quite disappointing that after waiting for nearly one and a half hours, the technicians informed me of this; they could have communicated this information earlier. I have wasted my valuable time and day.
