I have already asked Help desk. But it is not possible to install additional driver because company security rules. So "use another mouse" the only solution?

If your employer's IT Security Policy does not permit you to install third-party device driver software, your only option is to use hardware/software that is provided by your employer.

A "generic" three button mouse with a scroll wheel will likely work with your Windows computer without additional drivers. Peripheral devices that are more complex - or have "touch" surfaces or controls - will require installation of device=specific driver software.
