If an iPhone 13 Pro can't connect to cellular or Wi-Fi, start by restarting the device and checking for a software update. If that doesn't work, reset network settings, which can be found under Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Basic Checks:

  • Restart: Turn the phone off and back on.
  • Airplane Mode: Toggle airplane mode on and off.
  • Software Update: Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
  • Carrier Settings Update: Check for carrier settings updates in Settings > General > About.

Network Settings:

  • Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and other network settings.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Check for Outages: Contact your carrier to check for any known outages in your area.
  • VPN: If using a VPN, try turning it off and restarting the phone.
  • Factory Reset: If all else fails, consider a factory reset as a last resort, but back up your data first.
