Mac windows scrolling by themselves, cannot stop it. Sequoia O

Mac is running opening windows,

scrolling by itself.


Cannot control it.


Multiple restarts, any suggestions welcome.


Please email, cannot open the forums consistently.

Shut the Mac down. Restart in Safe Mode.


  1. If you have a Mac with an Intel CPU, power the Mac on and immediately hold down the Shift key.
  2. If it's a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip, press and hold the power button. When the boot manager appears, hold the Shift key and click on your normal startup drive.


Does the scrolling occur even in Safe Mode?
