The answer that was provided assumed that you were asking about satellite service provided by Apple which is handled by GlobalStar.
Your carrier might provide optional service from another satellite provider. For example, Starlink, which can be used on an iPhone 13. You will have to ask your carrier about their options and requirements. More info here:
