iCloud+ subscription not canceling after plan cancellation

Hello, I canceled my iCloud+ storage plan before, but I’m still being asked to pay for it. I haven’t paid and I don’t want to use it anymore. Please help me cancel or remove this subscription so I won't be charged or notified again. Thank you!

What exactly did you do to cancel it? What steps did you follow?
