How do I resolve error with Apple Search Ads if the account is on hold?

Apple search ads - Your account is on hold. Please check the status column to resolve this issue.

It does not calculate any errors

The billing profile says active and there is a credit line - support does not respond to email requests, we do not understand the reason for stopping the account

Please help

Apple support is through call or chat only, they do not have email support for things like this. Contact Apple by call or chat from Contact Apple Support - Apple Support for further assistance.
