See if you can sign in to your Apple Account in Settings:

Eg: says:

1. If you didn’t sign in when you opened the app for the first time, you can use Settings in the Apple Music app or Apple TV app to sign in. Use your controller’s back button or left button to open the sidebar.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Sign in.
4. Enter your Apple Account email address or phone number and your password. Youcan also scan the QR code on the screen to use your phone to sign in.
