iPhone 13 screen turned black and unresponsive after falling

Problem:

Screen turned black and it's stuck like that. I can still tap but I CAN'T SEE THE SCREEN. Sometimes what's happening in the screen shows for a brief moment when I tap some random thing—and when it does show, it's like a darker shade of everything, like my brightness is turned down.

How did this happen:

My phone was charging, I put the phone in my pocket, the wire got caught in the bed and pulled my phone, making it fall out of my pocket and fall on the top right corner of the phone to the floor.

Things I tried:

I've tried force restarting it repeatedly; I've tried restarting it with iTunes but when logging in, it said my account had been locked for security reasons. I've tried massaging the phone to maybe get loose parts back in place but nothing worked. I just bought this phone weeks ago, please helppp huhu

could this be like an LCD issue?? or a logic board issue?? (i know nothing about electronics. just what i read from searching similar situations in the internet)

Original Title: My iphone 13 fell on its top right corner from about a foot-tall bed. The screen turned BLACK and I can still interact with the screen, I just can't see what I'm tapping.

iPhone 13, iOS 18

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop (no appointment usually needed) to have the phone checked out and the screen replaced. Depending on the extent of the actual damage, there may be other hardware components that will need to be replaced as well.
