why can't i see my devices on apple id

I have a problem with the airpods, they are not displayed by the devices on Apple ID. I would like to point out that I only use iPad as my only product. However, if I go to assistance I find both the iPad and the airpods, why?

iPad, iPadOS 18

Hello Nello9524,

Paired AirPods only display in the Bluetooth menu and the Apple Support app device list. They will not appear under your name in Settings.

I have attached a screenshot above with the list of paired devices to my iPad highlighted to show you where you can find them.

Open Settings> Bluetooth> you should find them in the list of connected devices.

Sincerely,

Captain
