SnapChat has banned your iPhone because you have violated the Terms of Use with SnapChat
Only SnapChat can remove the ban on your iPhone. Apple is not involved with this at all.

SSO6 ban means Snapchat has banned your device. This has nothing to do with Apple and no one other than Snapchat can help you. Typically however, SS06 bans are permanent.

You are most likely out of luck and your only chance is if SnapChat wants to allow you to use their service again. In most cases the ban is due to a violation of their Terms of Use and they are permanent. There is nothing Apple can do about it and every service has the right to allow you or not.
