Stranger's Apple ID remotely signed into iPhone, demanding money for password

A stranger’s Apple ID — gi*****n660@icloud.com — was remotely signed into my daughter’s iPhone by scammers, who also activated the “Find My iPhone” feature.
The scammers are now demanding money in exchange for the password and are threatening to permanently lock the device. We are unable to sign out of the account, and the iPhone is currently bound to someone else’s Apple ID.
The phone was not purchased second-hand — it belongs to our family, and we can provide documents proving ownership.
We kindly ask for your assistance in removing the unauthorized Apple ID and restoring full access to the device.
We are ready to provide:
• The device’s IMEI
• A photo of the screen showing the unauthorized Apple ID
• A photo of the device
