Unable to use Apple Maps with tolls on Apple device

"Apple Maps tolls off: Seems using Apple Maps with tolls off isn’t working. Directions include the use of tolls. This only started happening recently with myself and other family members. Has anyone experienced this?"

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Turn Off Mac Focuses:

See if you have any focuses for Maps. If so, delete them or turn them off. It may be getting in the way of how the app is configured. Go here: Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support

Troubleshooting Tolls not Working:

Make sure Highways and Tolls are toggled on in Settings. If they already are, then toggle them off, and then toggle them back on.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Maps
3. Scroll to: Directions pane
4. Tap: Driving
5. Toggle On: Highways
6. Toggle On: Tolls
