How can I check my iPhone battery health accurately?

My iPhone 14 pro (256 GB) has been in use since November 2022. the stated battery health on the Phone is 86%. I use coconut battery to check my apple devices battery health, the stated battery health is 88% after 538 charge cycles. My question, which one is more accurate ? and is the battery degrading at a normal rate or worse than expected ?

The iPhone 14 battery would be expected to decline......on average.....at about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.

So, 538 charge cycles divided by 25 = 21.5%. 100% minus 21.5% = 78.5%

If your battery is at about of 87% now, your battery is doing much better than average. This indicates that you have not been a heavy iPhone user, and you have taken very good care of the battery.

At your current rate, the battery will likely go another 2 years or so before it will need replacement.
