iphone to iphone transfer of messages including pictures

Hi all,

I ** moving from using one iphone to another. the old iphone is an 11pro and the new one is a 13 pro. i wanted to start fresh rather than from a backup. so i started the phone as new during setup and downloaded all the apps i wanted and organised the phone so its ready for how id like to use it. i now want to transfer all of my messages from the old phone to the new phone including all of the pictures within each message, so that when i search the media in each contact message, it shows up. without using a third party tool, how can i achieve this? i have tried icloud message sync, however this just does texts and not the media.

any options im all ears.
