My watch keeps on asking for a passcode every time I call my own phone with it . It’s not the Lock Screen code for my phone or the four digit code for the watch I don’t know which one .

What do you mean it asks for a passcode? If you're hearing a voice asking you to enter your passcode, that would be the passcode for your carrier's voicemail system.
You can't call your own number. If you try to do that, you will get your carrier's voicemail.
