¿Cómo puedo añadir mi número para activar FaceTime e iMessage?

How can I add my number to activate FaceTime and iMessage? I have already two days trying to activate it with the call to iPhone support trying to solve them and everything possible is done that they can and they end up telling me that there is nothing else to do and they send me to my operation (Tigo Honduras) and they tell me that they have already given support to my telephone line and that there is nothing else to do and that I contact me with IPhone so that they can help me because there is already a problem with the phone and support on their part because it is already a native application of the phone. My phone is an iPhone 13 they gave it to me a week ago since then I have not been able to configure these applications. iPhone 13 iOS 18.5 #FaceTime #iMessage

It's okay. Tomorrow I will try again with the operator although I have already gone several times and what they know how to say is that they are not the one with the problem because the problem is the service with the applications of the phone brand. Here in Honduras the truth is that the service they provide us is terrible and there is no specialized center where we can attend to have a follow-up and solution of special cases like this that is pure techno support for phones. Well, here is a center that is specialized to the brand but it is very expensive to attend it just to be told that it is a programming problem they can get you one $100, I wish it was easy that the brand could give Recipe to my account because I think it is only maintenance to the account that is on the phone to link all the Apple utilities that are in it. Since these options I think are crossed with another number I used.

The truth is that I don't have VPN applications and that's what the Apple operator told me not to install or color for the parameters that were asked of me by the operator to make the operator configuration on my phone work perfectly. The truth is that I have this problem a week ago that I changed my phone. In the previous one, which was my iPhone 7, everything worked perfectly, even these applications. As I have another phone I introduced it to the iPhone 7 and it threw me all the parameters of this configuration and I save it on the new phone and that's where all the relaxation of this issue began. I think the point of this is because the information is crossed in the number configuration by the brand to use IMessage and FaceTime services.
