Did you check, if there any apps running in the background by looking at the statistics in Settings/Battery?

I booked in at the Apple Bar after taking it to the phone dealer but I ran out of time. It was stuck on a loop where data transfer had been crossed over. I also had forgotten to turn of wifi.
