How can I fix black screen issue on iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Follow these directions EXACTLY:

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Then immediately press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Then immediately press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button above the Camera Capture Button. KEEP HOLDING IT no matter what you see on the screen and KEEP HOLDING it until you see the Apple Logo appear (can take up to 30 seconds, so KEEP HOLDING it) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go.
4. Once your phone comes back up, sign in with your Passcode.

And if the Forced Restart advice provided does not fix your issue, depending on when you purchased your iPhone, you may be able to receive a replacement or repair under no cost. If you purchased your iPhone within 14 days ago from Apple, you can return it for an exchange. If you purchased your iPhone longer than that ago, luckily you are still within the 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty, so any defects that Apple determine was done, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no cost.

I bought 16 pro max 2 weeks ago, but when i call to someone om mobile network or listening music, its screen turn black like lock screen, phone still on and working but screen turns black. after some minutes it turn on itself. i live in pakistan and here no apple franchise or service shop is availble to claim for warranty ot service. anyone have solution for this problem.?
