You have reached your mobile phone spending limit on Three network

Hello all. I keep getting the spend limit notification when I try to purchase app’s etc. spoken to Three numerous times who say I should be able to and everything their end is as should be. I have changed to the spend cap to unlimited and paid last months bill before the direct debit kicks in hoping that sorts it. The only thing that has changed is I changed to eSIM about 1 month ago and thinking it maybe that I deleted and got another physical sim. Also if i delete pay by mobile info then try to add it again it says it is already added even though I have deleted it.

Each Three call I get asked to up the spend cap even though turned off 😩

Any ideas please people ?

Thanks for all the replies people. Here is the latest.

spoken again to three. My Credit limit is £150 and my spend cap is £50

They cannot see a reason I have this issue. Last months bill was £39.48 which I paid early rather that wait for the direct debit to colllect. This months is currently only £21 which is my standard monthly unlimited everything sim.

Three removed my credit limit and spend cap. They even removed the only restriction left which is a 18 filter for adult content.

they asked me to toggle aeroplane mode on and off and try to purchase. Didn’t work.

they then asked me to turn phone off and on and again still won’t let me purchase content.

is it worth setting up another Apple ID and see if I can purchase something cheap ?

or stick this sim in another iPhone and see if I can purchase using someone else’s Apple ID ?

thanks
