Burning sensation and tingling hands when holding iPhone 13 Pro

For the past six months once in awhile when I put my phone in my pocket I would get a burning sensation on my leg exactly where my phone was placed...It would burn for about 30 minutes after moving my phone. Slowly over this time period it would continue to happen more frequently....now anytime I hold my phone my hands tingle and hurt so bad I can barely write a text. I called Apple support and they told me to go to a doctor and confirm something else isn't wrong with me and basically told me tough luck (ummmm.....it's only when I touch the phone). My hands still feel like I touched a live wire and got electrocuted and hurt right now even though I haven't touched my phone for 10 minutes. I asked my husband to hold my phone and play with it and within 5 minuted he started to get that zing. I am planning on going to apple care today at the mall to see if they can help me. I know I saw a lot of random threads on here and on reddit but wanted to continue to press the issue because the more we speak up Apple will hopefully have to address this.
