Can I update my iPhone 5s to a newer iOS version in 2025 to add any app from App Store?

Last updated version is 12.5.7

Unable to add any app from app store because this version is not suitable and higher version is not updating in my device.

So tell me any alternative that i can use my device.

As for what to do, you use your current phone (one introduced nearly 12 years ago) as is, or you buy a much newer, more capable phone.

Right now, the 16-series phones are your only option if you want to buy a phone that has not been discontinued, and that supports Apple Intelligence. Presumably there will be 17-series phones late this year that Will support it, too.

The iPhone 5s will never be able to update to iOS 13 or higher.

As for Apple Intelligence features, even most of the iPhones that are compatible with iOS 18 do not have those. Only the iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, and 16-series phones do. They all have Neural Engine hardware which the iPhone 5s completely lacks, and EIGHT times as much RAM as the obsolete iPhone 5s.
