My iPhone ringtone volume decrease automatically

Before these, Ive already turned off the attention aware features and others just like the website and chatGPT told me. But, turns out, it’s still decreasing by itself and sometimes, it immediately slides the volume to 0. It’s getting frustrating and I lost a lot of calls from this problem. I’ve done a lot of research and most of them were saying that the real cause is “Attention Aware Features”, and turns them off, BUT I ALREADY DID. I think that solution is just temporary solution and there’s others serious issues behind it.

I used 11 pro max.
