How to instantly swap entire desktops between monitors with a keyboard shortcut on macOS?

I have a dual display setup on my MacBook, with an external monitor as my main display and my MacBook screen as the extended display.

My workflow often involves watching coding tutorials (like YouTube) on my main monitor while keeping my code editor on the MacBook screen. When I want to start coding, I pause the video and want to move my code editor to the main monitor and the video/browser window to the MacBook screen for reference. Later, I might want to swap them back again.

Currently, I use Mission Control to manually drag desktops/spaces between monitors, but this is slow and requires using the trackpad or mouse. I’m looking for a way to instantly swap the entire desktops (Spaces) between my two screens using a keyboard shortcut or button.

I already use Karabiner Elements for other custom shortcuts. Is there any way to configure Karabiner Elements to swap entire desktops/spaces between monitors with a single shortcut? Or is there any workaround or third-party tool that can achieve this?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
