No. iPhone SE 3rd generation is not a MagSafe compatible phone.
Apple's MagSafe charging pads support Qi wireless charging of devices that do not have MagSafe capabilities. You don't get magnetic help with alignment, or the faster charging rates that go along with MagSafe alignment – but you can still charge wirelessly.
You may want to check what the vendors of the MagSafe products you have in mind says about their Qi capabilities.
lobsterghost1 is correct, but it does support Qi wireless charging which is the universal standardized wireless charging system.
