Unable to remove my card after re-logging in to my Apple Account

I signed out of my icloud then signed back in which caused the removal of my previously saved cards in wallet, I reverified but one particular card I cant reverify and theres no option for me to remove it completely from the previous cards section of my wallet, does anyone know how I can delete it when there is no normal removal option that we normally use to delete cards from the wallet?

The card is not in your Wallet, you removed it when you logged out of your Apple Account. The token associated with the card has been revoked and a new token with a new DPAN (DAN) will need to be generated by your bank. The card resides in the previous section merely as a convenience.

If you want it removed from your previous section, remove the card from all devices associated with your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID). Once removed from the Wallet of all devices, card is removed from previous section in 10 to 14 days.
