How can I get the keyboard input language pop-up back on macOS 15.5?

Ever since updated to Sequoia MacOS 15.5, the transparent pop up window for change of keyboard input language had missing. Had become small language bar below your typing (as below)

Anyone know that how to switch back to the transparent pop up window when change of language? (as below)
