MacBook Pro screen frozen cursor moves can’t click on anything.

my MacBook Pro screen freezes when it’s stationary and also when turning on from the closed position, I can move the cursor but can not click on anything. I have shut it down several times and also cleared out my cache files. Not sure what else to try.

Any help would be great before I have to reach out to Apple.
