I have a iPhone 14 Pro which should get the beta, but when I go into software update I don’t see the beta, but I’ve seen many people and YouTubers using it, if anyone could give me any help I would appreciate it

Currently the beta is for developers only. Public Beta Testing has not been released. But before you do decide to install the beta, please look around the forum as MANY MANY wish they hadn't downloaded it yet. The Public Beta is expected in July, so you may have another 2-3 weeks to wait.
But, you might want to note that Apple very strongly recommends that you only install the beta on a spare phone......not on a phone that you expect and need to be reliable.
There is a reason why we see multiple posts from users each day asking how to revert from the developer iOS 26 to iOS 18.
Do not install a beta – especially a developer beta – on the phone that you rely upon, every day, just because you have "seen many people and YouTubers using it."
Many have installed in haste and repented at leisure.
