Sign in with Apple “CP Authentication” account?

In my Sign in with Apple apps and websites list I have something called CP Authentication that shows an Apple logo.

I have no idea what app or website this is supposed to be, but apparently it has my Apple ID signed into it?

there doesn’t appear to be anything I can click or find to determine what it came from or what it is

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18

This is under apps and websites. So what app is CP Authentication? I’m not asking what the colloquial definition of CP authentication is I’m asking what app or website is it.

if I click adobe or I click CP Authentication it says “you have signed into this app or website using your Apple ID” and nothing much more than that and I can remove it or keep it

I know what adobe and Yelp are. If I remove my Yelp apple sign in then I won’t be able to sign into Yelp using my Apple ID anymore.

so what happens when I remove “CP Authentication” from my Apple sign in list for apps and websites???
