iPhone 13 charging port still not working after reset and all fixes

My charging port on my iPhone 13 does not work.

I took it to a phone repair shop, who told me it was a software issue, and told me to factory reset my phone.

I done so, yet it still doesn’t work.

I’ve tried every possible solution on the internet, including force resets, different cables, sockets so on.

My wireless charging works, however it is slow and inconvenient for me.

What do i do now?

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, not some phone repair shop.

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

But before you do that, there could be some dirt or lint in the Lightning port on your iPhone. Take a wooden or plastic (nothing metal) toothpick and see if you can gentry pry whatever could be in the port out.

1. Hey wojciech287,

If your charging port isn't working, and you've tried resetting the device, follow these steps:
Try blowing some compressed air into the charging port to remove any debris clogging the device
Try gently 1. using a toothpick to remove any pocket lint or dust from the port.
If none of these steps work, you may need a replacement charging port. Go ahead and contact support.

Apple specifically says to NEVER use compressed air to try to clean out the charging port. It can actually make anything lodged in the port lodge deeper.

Contained in this link, is the following --> Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support

Clean your iPhone immediately if it comes in contact with anything that might cause stains or other damage — for example, dirt or sand, ink, makeup, soap, detergent, acids or acidic foods, or lotions. Follow these guidelines for cleaning:

Your iPhone has a fingerprint-resistant oleophobic — oil repellent — coating. Cleaning products and abrasive materials will diminish the coating and might scratch your iPhone.

But yes, they never said they don't have an Apple Store near them, so the suggested to see, an AASP is good.
