Did you buy directly from Apple? If not, you must contact the seller for an invoice. Apple invoices are only available when your buy directly form Apple, either their online store or one of their "brick-n-mortar" retail stores. If you bought from an Apple Authorized reseller or other reseller, you must contact them.

When did you buy it? If from Apple, that makes a difference in whether you can get an invoice online at this point.
