iPad stuck on loading Bluetooth for other devices.

My iPadOS 18.5 won’t allow me to pair my Skullcrusher Hesh Evo headphones. It was loading on the “other devices” for about 10 minutes with my headphones on and right by my iPad but nothing loaded. Also, I wasn't showing other items to be paired. I did what Google recommended me to do like a network reset and powering it off but it’s still not working. It’s not the headphones' issue since I could connect them to my iPhone with no problem. Any way to fix this?
