Payment to Apple services but no subscription or whatsoever.

It says my payment to Apple Services has been successfully processed. And I didn’t subscribe to any apple services. ₱139 pesos was deducted from my account. I checked my apple music and it wasn’t premium. I wondered where that money went. Is apple stealing money from us. I WANT A REFUND APPLE!!!!
