How can I stop fraudulent charges on my Apple Pay cards?

How can I stop fraudulent charges on my credit card or bank when Apple insists I give them this information?

When using Apple Pay, you don't give Apple anything.

Apple Pay is an encrypted payment platform, that sends your data to your bank only, and only they can decrypt it.

Apple is not involved in this process whatsoever.

Your iPhone creates an encrypted package that is sent to your Bank only, and only they can decrypt and access to verify your card and allow or deny any charges.

Your full card number and information is not even stored on your iPhone. A digital device account is created and linked to your card by your bank when you add the card to the Wallet App.

Do you perhaps mean adding your card to your Apple Account? (that has nothing to do with Apple Pay)

Also, what makes you think there are fraudulent charges through Apple's platform or Apple Pay exactly?
