I bought a second home iPhone 6 and it's locked to first owner and and i don't have any details about him/her

Sorry but once an iPhone is locked to an owner, no one else can setup and use it. It would need to be removed in Find My from the previous owner in order for you to use it. As a result you should return the iPhone from whoever you purchased it for a refund. It wont be able to be used and, even if it were unlocked, the capabilities of the iPhone 6, which is over 11 years old, is limited now.
