I suggest D is using 100% approximately of CPU according to activity monitor

I am using the latest macOS 15.5 on an iMac and I can’t get rid of the process suggest D. I have tried turning off Siri Spotlight iCloud and Mail, but the problem persists. I can quit or force quit suggest D but it returns a few seconds later z

The suggestd process examines user content in order to detect contacts, events, named entities, etc. It receives content from Mail, Spotlight, Messages and many other apps.

Try booting into safe mode (Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support), see if the process usage drops, then reboot normally and check again.
