Recurring charge from Apple.com/Bill – No active subscription found

Hello,

I have noticed that I’m being charged $5.99 USD every month by Apple.com/Bill, but I do not have any active subscriptions listed in my Apple ID under “Subscriptions”. I’ve checked carefully using both my iPhone and the Apple website at reportaproblem.apple.com, but there is no active subscription shown.

I believe this might be a hidden recurring charge or linked to a different Apple ID.

Can you please help me:

1. Identify which service or app is charging me?

2. Confirm which Apple ID is associated with this payment?

3. Assist me in canceling the subscription or recurring payment?

4. If possible, I would like to request a refund for the most recent charge, since I have not knowingly subscribed to any paid service.

Another possibility not described in the link is you acquired an app that appeared to have a one-time fee, but without being notified, or even disclosing such a thing, the vendor has started you on a subscription without your consent.

The EU and U.S. courts have made this scam possible by forcing Apple to allow side loading. In a nutshell, the app's fees are being charged to your account directly by the vendor, rather than through the App Store where you can see it.
