Unable to create Apple Account due to multiple accounts on iMac

please can someone help i can not set up a apple i.d it tells me there is 2 many accounts on this imac

There is a limit on the number of Apple Accounts that can be created on a device in a single year. In most cases there is never any reason why you would need to create so many accounts in a short period of time where you would see this message. If this is the message you are referring to, here is more information.
