If you get an incoming call, you may be able to change the volume while the phone is ringing, even though “Change with Buttons” is off. Might this be happening? Are you careful not to press the volume buttons while you get an incoming call?

Hi, my alarm clocks are getting quieter by themselves, here are two screenshots with a difference of a couple of minutes. Sometimes it happens in a couple of hours, sometimes days, and sometimes minutes.

What do you mean "changes itself"? Can you describe each step separately.
I ask because on iphone 15pro the control center volume slider does not change the ringer volume, and yet it seems to operate independent of the volume slider in the Settings menu that is described to be for "ring and notifications".
I want my ringer to turn down when I use control center volume control, that's the whole point of it.
I didn't really understand you, but on my iPhone 12 the "ringtone and notifications" slider changes itself.
