Non-Stop keychain login Pop ups

I updated my Macbook air about a month or so ago, and ever since, I have apple login pop up, after pop up, after pop up. It's almost impossible to use my laptop...

com.apple needs my keychain login, transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use the login keychain... amongst others... If I type in the password, it goes away for a few minutes, then comes back.

I've tried using safe mode, but that doesn't resolve the problem. I want to revert to the previous system before the update, and never, ever update again...

How do I fix this?
