How do I delete Apple TV app on my MacBook Air?

This ****** application appeared in May, I did't installed it. I want to delete it. I can't delete by instructions provided on internet.

How to erase the ****** app? It's my fundamental right to choose which application I have on my computer. I decide what to install and what to delete, not apple company.

The TV app cannot be deleted from the Mac. It is built in and like tons of other things built-in to macOS you probably have no idea about, cannot be deleted.

It has been included with macOS for the last 6 years. It has not just suddenly appeared. Just stick it in a folder and forget about it.

You have no choice on what is installed with Mac OS and none of the apps that are part of the install can be deleted. That is also true for the Chess app that you may never use. You own the computer, but you are just a licensed user of Mac OS. That is why you get it for free and do not have to pay for any updates. There are other operating systems you can install on your computer such as Ubuntu or Linux if you wish.

The good news is that you are less likely to get any viruses because those apps along with the System Files are locked in a read only partition of the drive which is why they cannot be altered. Nothing can infect those System Files like has been a problem in other operating systems where a virus could spread from one system to another.

You own the computer and on this well agree

We Lease The Operating System from Apple

Under such Terms, which we all agree to once Sequoia is installed on the computer

Applications that Apple decides to include with the operating system can not be removed by the User ( you and me )

As the operating system resides in a sealed and read-only volume that can’t be opened by users or third-party applications.

Pursuing this idea of removing the TV application will be fruitless
