iPhone 16 Pro Max speakers only work when connected to a bluetooth

I have been listening to Podcasts all day without connecting to Bluetooth and suddenly my speakers don’t work when trying to scroll through social media. It doesn’t work on Spotify, videos in my camera roll. I have hard reset my phone, played with the sound and haptics and no audio. Set and alarm, test called people and that doesn’t make noise. I have had this phone for less than a month. Everything works perfectly when connected to my Bluetooth headphones. Can anyone give me any other advice?
